The weather has -totally- FUBAR'd my exercise efforts: thankfully I now have a dvd player in the back, so exercise DVD'ing can be done.
I'm mid-goaling: my LT goal is 165; my short term goal is 5% of 227 (initial starting weight -- and short term is only 4 lb away!!!) and mid-goal is 10% (200, basically).
My main thing is Not Eating. If I can remember to NOT EAT, then I do better overall. Food blogging helps, too -- has to be just for me, otherwise I get all guilt ridden, and then the emotional eating -really- kicks in. I'd say my big goal is to form a safe, sane and sensible relationship with food: right now, I feel like it's been running me for 10+ years. Ugh.
