I'm back..I've been on and off this site since 2001. I lost a good amount of weight on Atkins, then gained it back-calorie counted, then gained it back...and earlier this year I was ROCKING and dropped 10lbs with calorie counting and exercise-and then got injured. After licking my wounds and picking a million excuses to eat whatever I want, I'm back!
My plan? Wear my Sketcher Shape Ups, exercise again and portion control. Lets see if that works. Realistic goals are my main focus; I am not on the Biggest Loser ranch and I will not lose 13lbs in a week. I'm hoping to be down 40lbs by my little brothers wedding in June.
I hope you all will have me back-especially since it's going to get crazy in here come next week
