I love getting the chance to get outside and walk with our two dogs. Unfortunately for them its not a regular occurrence each week but it was my "coping mechanism" when I quit smoking a few years back.
I knew I would start to get agitated once I got home from work so before I even let myself start to think about wanting a cigarette, I would get outside and walk the dogs for about an hour.
I love early winter morning walks through our local national park with them - it seems other worldly almost and no way at all like exercise

I hope to do it more.
