Well i was bummed that i couldn't get on this site all day. Amazing how addicted i am to this place. So this am...DH and I went biking...we had a great time. 6 miles and i'm worn out. Its amazing that even though i work out a lot..since i don't bike much...it takes a lot out of me.

We then ran some errands and then went to an arts festival in a historic neighborhood of atlanta. It was nice and relaxing day spent with DH. Was doing great the start of the day until we stopped for wings and beer...oh well so much for that.

HOLY DESERTED MESSAGE BOARDS, BATMAN!!

I knew the site was down this AM...didnt realize it was all day. Not mugh going on here. Cady is at MIL's to go to an amusement park tomorrow with them...we were supposed to go, but Frankie has the first round of playoffs. I hope he wins, or we would have missed it for nothing!! oh, well, part of parenthood, I guess! Cady finished up camp today & I started to cry a bit when I said goodbye to the teachers. They were so good with both my kids, I'm really going to miss them. She has her KDG. orientation on Tuesday, looking forward to it.

Patricia, those freakin' wings & beer do it every time!! I swear, I can't have them, cause then I'll have 20 (like i did 2 weeks ago!!) Oh well. Don't beat yourself up too much. You'll get back on track.

I ordered the Ten Minute Trainer today...I may call & cancel it. I feel guilty spending 100.00 when I already have the Power Half Hour Series. We'll see.

Evening All,
Boy was I bummed when I tried getting on here today to chat with everyone. So I went to school instead to see about getting a grant for my classroom to have a Wii and the Wii Fit program. I think it would benefit my special needs children so much physcially, socially and mentally. So I ended up staying at school for 5 hours chatting with friends. Then went and sat out in the heat to watch my stepsons' baseball game. They lost. Now one of the boys has a rash all over his arms, stomach, and back. He is taking adderall for his adhd. I am wondering if this is a side effect from the meds. My dh and his mother think it is just heat rash. So I guess if it is worse in the morning I will be taking him to urgent care.
Pam hope your ds does well in his tournment tomorrow. It is very hot there in PA.? It was 95 tonight well the boys played. So are you still in the cake and cookie business? You are worth the $100. I would keep it if it is going to help you in the long run.
Patricia, sounds like you had a nice day with your dh. Did you bike anywhere special? The beer and wings sound good. You have to treat yourself every once in a while. Don't beat yourself up too much!
