If you tried to check in yesterday, you saw that the server was down. It crashed at 1:40 am. When Suzanne 3FC tried to restore it from the backup, she discovered that the daily backup was corrupted and unusable. Unfortunately, Thursday night was the night when the weekly backup ran too, so its database was also corrupted and unusable.
So we're back, restored to May 22, the date of the last monthly backup. Everything posted since then is lost, I'm sorry to say.

Hope you are all having a great start to the weekend! I got to sleep in this morning. It was actually nice for a change. Have to get ready and take my one dss to the doctor. His rash got worse over night. If I would have taken him last night when he first noticed it, it probably would have been clearing up. But no his mom said that he would be fine, that it was just heat rash. Come to find out not only is he taking adderall for his adhd, but he is taking a red pill for the deep scratches he has on his lower left leg. So I am wondering if the meds interacted or if the heat combined with the meds had something to do with his rash. But I can't take him to the doctor's yet until his mom wakes up and I can call her to find out what the red pill is. I hate having to pick up the pieces from her not being a good parent to the kids just because she hates their dad. But I guess someone has to do it. Other than that I don't have any really plans for today other than going to the library to get a few books to enjoy. Plus trying to stay cool. It went from being 60 right to being mid to high 90's.

well...took little mario to the park today we met his little friend and his mom..it was fun..they had a blast...gonna go swimming in alittle bit...its nice here..not hot and not cold..very comfy...so im pleased...not sure what tomorrow has in store for us...hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!
Hello everyone. It's been a c-r-a-z-y week around here. We spent today at a tball picnic. We were cold at most of the games then today for the picnic we were melting. There's no shade (of course, being ball fields and all!) so they put up some of those little top only tents. They needed about 87 more of them!!
The kids did pass out almost as soon as they were put to bed. I guess the long hot day wore them out. I can't wait to go take a shower. We have company right now or I would be in there!!
Hi Everyone I am newly 30-something and thought it would be fun to join in here. I just returned from visiting my grandmother (probably the last time I will see her) where there were no scales and a lot of social eating, sad to say that I was happy to only gain 5 pounds!
It is a 3-hour time change and I am trying desperately to get the kids on the right schedule, anybody have luck with time changes and LO's? Right now we are trying to keep them up later at night hoping that they will sleep in the next morning. So far I have cranky kids and a tired mama

Off to a pool party today. Frankie won his playoff game yesterday, so round 2 is Tuesday night. YAY!!

It was another hot day here. Can't wait to get our rebate check and go buy some ac's. The fans are not cutting it. The heat and I don't mix very well.
Pam glad that Frankie's team won their games yesterday. Good Luck Tuesday evening. The boys are still playing their regular season. We had a lot of rain in May so it cancelled some of their games. So now they are making up some. Hope you enjoyed the pool party!

Patricia, hope your day went better for you. Did you get to have an easy day at work? Hope you are to get some rest this evening.
Have a small victory to share with you all. We went out to dinner this evening with our best friend. I got grilled chicken breast, steamed vegetables and a sweet potato. I ate all of my grilled chicken breast, like five bites of my sweet potato and half of my vegetables. Then I was full. So I was very proud of myself because usually I would have eaten the whole meal. I have new motivation to stick with my diet this time around. Next June 6th, we are getting a family picture taken for my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. So I want to look go for the picture and for their party. I went home over Memorial Day and we took a couple shots at the parade. Boy, I knew I was a little heavy, but didn't know that I looked that huge compaired to the rest of my family. So I will need you all to be my little cheerleaders and cheer me on to my goal weight. My dh is being very supportive this time, so that helps alot. I think a couple of our friend's told him that he was too mean to me and needed to straighten up how he treated me. Because he has been very sweet to me hear lately.
Well I hope that you all have a wonderful evening. I have to start thinking about going to bed. I have to go work the summer enrichment program for this week at school. It starts at 8 in the morning and runs until 12:30. But I have to workout before I go and get ready for the day. So 6 comes awful early. I will caht with you all later.
