Hello Everyone!
Hi Everyone!
Greetings from Northern California! I've reached a point in my life where I need to get in shape, especially now that we're talking about having a baby! I've been advised by my Doc to drop 20 pounds, but I'm going to try to lose 67 pounds! This is the heaviest I've ever been! I've lost 10 so far, just by working out and halving my portions, but I thought JC would be a great help too! I just started this week.
My heart goes out to those affected by the fires down South. My prayers and thoughts are with you all.
