geez i had to think a minute, i almost clicked on the twenty somethings. then i remembered that's all in the past.
I had been posting on the depression thread, but i think i am finally breaking out of that and able to be positive again!
I feel like I'm capable of commiting to eating right now that i am not as susceptable to binges. I just need somewhere to go for motivation and accountability.
I'd like to jump in here but not very sure where.
I tend to try and eat whole foods and organic where possible. and less than 2000 calories in a day. and i'm trying to stick with an exercise program.
i like jogging, but i think it would be better to loose 10-15 lbs so it is easier on my knees/legs.
does anyone walk? or do yoga?
