Default i ate like 7 cookies for lunch.

....and, my breakfast was a bagel with ham, egg and cheese.

On the bright side, my nightmare exam is over!! I blame the food choices on stress and post-exam tiredness.

I'm still gonna go to the gym tonight, and I better BRING IT.

Hey, you add that to working out and it kinda evens out a bit, right?

Also, when I have, like, "7 cookies for lunch", I tell myself, "It was like 7 little cookies, which really only equals 3 big ones". It never works, though.

I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one who makes such excuses. I went to the gym last night so hopefully that made up for it!

Newfiesara--could you drink diet pop?

There are times when I'll grab a donut or a pack of sugar wafers knowing good and well I don't need it, but I just count it towards my daily calories. Even if I wasted 300 calories I don't let it interfere with the rest of my day. Besides, if you're going to make poor choices, you might as well do it early in the day so you can burn it off later... lol

Apparently I'm going to have to thank my mother for never letting me drink soda as a kid. I never developed the habit; I'm quite happy with water, juice, and milk in the house.

Although there were the donuts yesterday...major downfall, that.

An actual witch? *grin*

Oh man.
Then there's the 775g containers of yogurt. I cannot.buy.them. I will eat them all in one sitting.

Psychologically, when I have the small containers of yogurt, I do way better.

That I am, Sara.

How big is a 775 g yogurt thing? I'm american, remember? We measure things oddly. I remember the yogurt-in-a-tube they used to sell when I was in high school. I loved those. Very easy for on-the-go. I haven't seen them in years, though.

I never had pop much as a kid either but that didn't stop me from developing that bad habit. I stick to diet. Even with the juice though, I could never control myself. I attribute a lot of my weight gain to orange juice.
