Smile Here is my plan! #1 Need support!!!

Good evening everyone. I went on introductions but no on said hi so i'll start here and i hope to make friends. I'm 26 years old. I have gained 20 unwanted pounds by not exercising and eating poorly in 3 months. I started yesterday with my plan! It's simple: excersize everyday; eat a healthy diet (strict with calories) and get support. It took me 3 months to put it on so it's gonna take me 3 months to take it off. I'm 5'4" and i'm 160 - was 140 (was 130 before my baby, but I won't push it ) that's 20 pounds! yikes. It's hard to keep disciplined - I love food. I'm keeping a food journal and it helps - helps keep me accountable for what I am eating. Anyways, hello everyone, I'll try this introduction thing one more time. I could def use the support and hopefully I can offer support to others!!!

Sounds like we're on the same path-27 yrs old,160 after 2 kids-looking to lose 30.Mine didn't come on in 3 months though-took 3 years-sure hope i lose it alot quicker though!keep in touch!!

I don't have kids, but I also have 20-something pounds to lose.

I think your plan is good. Just one thing, I wouldn't expect to lose it all in 3 months. It will probably take longer to take it off than it did to put it on.

Yeah, it's so unfair, we manage to gain the darn weight so quickly, and then it takes ages for it to go away. Bad, bad weight. *hits weight with a stick*

Thank you guys alll so much!!! I was so surprised to see so many replies when I signed on!!! This is great. I am so excited for this. I'm still laughing about her hitting the fat with a stick - that was great!
I can tell that this is a great group and I can't wait to share in our success!!
