Cookiemonster- I'll probably stay at 1200 for awhile. If that doesn't work maybe go up to 1300 if I don't see a pound lost by THEN (I'll be pissed haha) but then I'll go up to 1400 and so on....who knows! I'm just hoping my body is holding onto water or something and I'll measure out to be smaller...we'll see! Let me know if anything changes for you and you find out what works

From what I gather...you need to eat more when you exercise, because if you don't then you will be starving your body too much...I'm eating about 1400 Calories a day and do 45 minutes a day of cardio....
