I'm a bum for the summer with only one class and a few hours of work a week, so there's no excuse not to do this!

2000 min total (1440 cardio / 360 strength / 200 yoga)
I also want to be able to do the plank for 4 minutes by the end of the month.

Week 1
1: lazy
2: 60 min. cycling
3: 60 min. tennis; 30 min. yoga
4: lazy
5: 60 min. strength
6: 30 min stair climber, 30 min running, 30 min eliptical; up to 3:30 with the plank
7: 60 min boxerfit

Week 2
8: 30 min stair climber, 30 min running, 45 min. basketball
9: 60 min cycling, 40 min tennis
10: Rest day
11: 45 min spinning
12: oops
13: and... oops again
14: 60 min boxerfit

Week 3
15: 45 min run
16: does mini-golf count? ha ha
17: 30 min stair climber, 30 min running
18:

21: 60 min boxerfit

Week 4
22:

24:
25: 30 min stairclimber, 15 min running
26: 60 min strength
27: 60 min cycling

Cardio: 865/1440 = 60%%

3. Try to workout everyday

I'm back on track now! 3 more weeks left to get to my goal of 900 minutes!
