Last month was a good month and I exceeded my goal by 60 minutes. So...this month I am going to shoot for 650 minutes. Not sure what that translates to...but I am going for it.

July 1--26 minutes cardio/10 minutes strength
July 2--
July 3--
July 4--21 minutes cardio/10 minutes strength
July 5--
July 6--26 minutes cardio
July 7--

July 8--10 minutes cardio (hey...it's better than nothing!)

Thumbs up This is VERY agressive...but

I don't know if I've ever exercised this many minutes in a month before...but I'm setting the goal of 1000 minutes.

Also as part of that 1000 minutes I am making it a goal to do 1000 crunches, 1000 lunges, and 250 pushups, let's do this!!!!
