My goal is to exercise (elliptical, treadmill, spinning, areobics, weight trn.) for 600 minutes in July ... I can do it ... I would like to consume 2100 oz of water
Total Water intake in Ounces: 2113/2100 Total Exercise in Minutes: 539/600
Last month was a good month and I exceeded my goal by 60 minutes. So...this month I am going to shoot for 650 minutes. Not sure what that translates to...but I am going for it.
