I always make it with canned chickpeas. I also always use tahini (though sometimes hard to find), because it just doesn't taste the same otherwise. It takes 5 minutes to do it up in a blender and tends to yeild 2.5c for a can of chickpeas..... SO good. I have it at lunch basically every day.... Be careful with how much raw garlic you put it, it's stronger than you think. If you want a lot of garlic you're better off roasting your garlic first to mellow it out!
