Okay chickies I just looked at my calendar and realized we have only 10 days (including today) until the end of the month . That means we need to kick our butts in gear to make our end of month goals!!! So just wanted to send out this little thread to make sure we are aware that this month is moving fast and we need to in order to get these inches off!
I have come to terms, that i will not likely reach my spring break goal. But, I am determined to get as close to it as I can so my butt fits better in the airplane seat!!!!!!!!!!!
It's gone by so fast...but I think I'm doing pretty good. My goal isn't until St. Patrick's Day, so I've got a little more time to lose another 11 pounds. Been on plan all month though!
My goal for the month is exercise, and I'm a little over half on my minutes. I don't think I'll quite make it, but I know I've been lowballing what I count: unless it's done on a machine at the gym it doesn't count (I'm not including walks to class, etc), and I've been halving my dancing times, because I feel like it doesn't always get me in the cardio zone. Keep up the good work everyone!
Gah! I don't want to think about it. I was doing well and last week I just blew it. I don't know if I can undo, plus take off several more. I am so angry with myself! I have been playing this "opps I messed up I'll start on Monday crap" since mid December. I am going to be soooooo very mad at myself if I don't pull it together. I thought I'd be at my goal by now and now I am just hoping for 10 more pounds before I have to try on wedding dresses. BOOOO to me!
put the past behind you! it is time to get started! March is a nice quite month - no holidays that I can recall. April you some of you get easter - and thus more chocolate goes on sale! You can do it!
I am going to hit my Feb weight loss goal but not my workout goals...I do only count minutes done at the gym. I have never hit my goal, maybe I am setting it too high? Anyway I am going to try and kick my butt into gear and see how close I can get...
I just happened to come in here as I'm usually on The Beach forum, but thought I'd pop my head in since I'm a 20-something (24)...
Just left the same post on the Beach and happened to see this similar thread... Had set a goal of 150 by end of February for myself and due to some setbacks am about the same as I was when I STARTED February... can't beat myself up too much cause I'm still down, but REALLY want to get motivated for March... If it's ok with ya'll may start coming by...
But hey there's a week left in February and that's 2 pounds I could lose so I'm gonna buckle down and DO IT!
hmmm... It will be my mission to make MY feb fitness challenge. I'm only half way there because the past week i've been sick, but i'm finally coming out of it. Now i'm stuck with my monthly but i CANT let myself down this time. No excuses.
