and yay jdoggmartin! sure the scale hasnt moved but I bet ur healthier and have been creating muscle, I wish I had the wilpower to go to the gym

I bought a yrs membership and I havent been since my bike got nicked there so I guess thats an excuse, but I wont go after dark again and I was gonna go today but I was raining, I got soaked already form cycling to uni, man all these excuses, I should buy another bike and insure it to get my arse into gear(Im using my dad's)

According to the scale I have surpassed my weight loss goal by a pound for the month, but I think it's mocking me I will weigh tomorrow to see what it say's. I refuse to change my ticker until I see the number twice.

Well there is no way i can make it.
Oh well.
I got REALLY sick, the flu or some other virus, i have been in bed for 2 whole days. I still don't feel good. I did lose 3 pounds this week though.

HOpe everyone reached their goals. I put the March fitness Challenge up. SIGN UP!
