Career-wise: I currently work on the Pediatrics unit at our hospital. I love working with kids and likely would have finished my nursing degree, but I'm severely burnt out with hospital politics and I'm just tired of the hospital setting. Sooo.. I'm going back to school this fall, finishing my criminal justice degree and double majoring in human services. I intend to get into juvenile probation/youth alternatives!

Marriage-wise: I'm a newlywed. I plan to stay married :P

Child-wise: We want children. I have a 10 year old stepson, but I've never met him. We plan on starting to try sometime this year.

For myself, I want to continue losing weight, and become the healthy, fit person I never was before. I want to have more reasons to do it than excuses to not do it. And, I want to finally be happy with myself.

hmmm.... I'm not 100% sure what I want to do. I want to be a missionary, music therapist, wife, mom, great musician all rolled into one. I want to get married, but am still waiting for the right one. I'll be waiting for a while and I'm fine with that. I can't imagine getting married now or in the next five years, but I'm so excited for that day to come.

that is the same age bracket my OH and i have. Actually its 11 years - which I remind him of as often as i can

before we decided to really make a go of it together, i asked him specifically that although he has two kids (9 and 7 at the time) would he consider more children. much to my joy he is all for it. just a couple at the most though - should we be fortunate enough. i want to start trying when I am 30, so only 2 more years hopefully

I am glad to know I am not the only one who has a big age difference. My fiance is 12 years older than me!

I've never really meshed with guys my own age -- I grew up too fast, I think. Anyway, we both act like we're 25 so it works out! Like I said, my only concern regarding the age difference is kids-wise... But he's ready whenever I am, and I'm hoping to start in 2-3 years (after I get my Masters and figure out what to do).

I do occasionally make fun of him for it like you, Daisy... "Oh! More grey hair! You're getting so old... Do you want me to get you a cane for your birthday?" etc etc

My boyfriend is only 4.5 years older than me but I still tease him about this picture he showed me of him as a kid roasting marshmallows. I looked at the date on the back and said, you know--I was only a month old then!

moving on from older boyfriends - I would just like one have been single for a while now - but as for my career - it kind of demands most if not all of my time - so being single for now is what I am. Though it Sux sometimes But othertimes it is great too - you know, no one to worry about etc.

ok so now that I got that off my chest - I was feeling all lonely since everyone so far has except one has been married or about to or not going to but basically in the bonds of it

Career wise - currently in Film school - which I LOVE - and need to work harder at since this is what I eventually really do want to make my living doing. (editing, then directing).

Relationship wise - one day... one day

child-wise - one day one day - though I always wanted to marry in my 30s and have my kids after my career has been established - (plus my mom had me when she was 36 - and my sister in law had her first one at 36) so I guess its in the family. Scarily that is only 10 years away now!

ok and for myself healthwise - run the 10 k I signed up for on april 30th - run a marathon again - or do a triathalon. Lose some weight for my 27th birthday - hopefully goal.

Career: I'm still in college trying my hardest to get my BSN...I'm trying to be a registered nurse. After I accomplish that I want to work towards earning my certification towards being a diabetic educator.

Marriage: One day...right now I just want to work on my career. My BF and I just celebrated out 4 year anniversary in December...so hopefully he'll be the one for me!

These are the questions that I've spent most of the year trying to avoid answering - I guess you guys are just special, cos here goes...

I'm in my final year at university at the moment studying English Literature so the future's looming - I think every other question is about what I'm gonna do next. I can't afford to stay on and do post-grad stuff at the moment (getting funding to play around in books all day is murder) but ultimately I'd love to come back and do a masters and a phd, maybe teach. In the mean time, I'm gonna try out some different things, see if anything fits.

Husband-wise... I'm not sure I'd get married. I'm not even a little bit religious so it would feel weird I think - although, that said, I might if it got me tax breaks . There isn't anyone on the horizon at the moment anyway.

I'd love kids, but not anytime soon. I still feel like a kid myself
.
