Hi,
I'm new to this forum. Today I started a new diet or I would rather say a lifestyle change in diet. I'm counting the calories again and writing them down. I hope it will work. I really want this to work and my heart is in this time. I need to lose about 40 pounds. My goal is to do this before the new year I will turn 30 after next year and I want to feel great when I do.
If you have any ideas or words of encouragement. Please feel free or if I could offer some.
