I use
http://www.fitday.com to record my food and exercise. I know you can do this! So far I've lost 21.6 lbs. I still need to lose 78.4 lbs to reach my goal but I know I'll get there eventually. If I can do this, anyone can!
Make sure you drink lots of water -- at least 64 oz per day. I promise it will help!
