The weekend was so-so. I did some things I intended to do - I made my sweet potato soup and chili (both lowfat, healthier than normal versions). Friday was ok food-wise, and I went running before dinner. I had a few glasses of wine but chose that over sugary, high-cal drinks. Saturday...Saturday...I intended to workout before going out to the big Halloween party with friends, but late afternoon I got a phone call yelling at me for not having a costume. So instead of working out I went and made a costume. I actually only ate about 2200 cals including all my drinks that night, and used low cal cranberry as my mixer at home beforehand. So a few hundred extra, nothing awful. Sunday I was SO hung over any thoughts of running went out the window. The good news: I didn't eat much. I did do my weights/strenght. However I just got my period and this morning was bloated like a water balloon. So I don't know how much damage is the weekend and how much in TOM. I have been eating ok so far today and have a healthy dinner of leftover chili planned, and will run after work.
Isn't this /always/ how my weekend goes?
