This weekend will either be wonderful or horrible (diet-wise)--there is no happy medium. I'm moving, so my life is in boxes, and I have no food available inmy home. This means eating out for EVERY meal for the next 2-3 days. Now, we may only end up having time to eat twice a day (between loading and unloading the truck and unpacking and moving things around...), so if I make good choices, I should be doing great, especially since I'll have so much added exercise from the move. However, if we und up just ordering pizza and Chinese and such, it'll be a disaster. We'll see...

I've been having a lot of stress at work/school lately, so chances are I will pig out this weekend. The weather is still awful, we haven't seen the sun in over a week! It is really depressing, which makes me want to EAT EAT EAT. Maybe I can haul my butt to the gym instead of eating. It's supposed to be nice on Sunday, so BF and I are thinking of going for a hike or something.

Our weather is supposed to be great this weekend, so we're going to a farm for pumpkins, haunted house, hayride and maybe just maybe a caramel apple. I have to. I love the fall!

Then we'll be cleaning out our garage to make room for deck furniture for the winter. Yeah, feel my excitement about that one.

Well, I ended up eating too many calories this weekend, but with moving, I'm sure I burned more than usual, too, so hopefully it just about evened out. I will find out once I dig my scale out of one of the million boxes in my new apartment On a more positive note, I have changed my work hours to 7am-3pm (used to be 6am-2pm) so thatI can go to the gym in the morning before work, which I did today--30 minutes on the elliptical

i had a horrible weekend eating-wise. i am truly, like the little face, blue. i weighed in this morning (i weigh in on mondays) and i was up FOUR pounds from last week. i think i might weigh in tomorrow b/c i know there is no way i could have gained all that weight in two days, and i must be retaining some water weight. regardless, i still shouldnt have eaten so much. i have been putting my body on detox to try to recover from the stress of eating too much! haha i never would have said that before i started dieting!!
