30 min weights - lower body

30 min abs routine
15 min stationary bike
after work
30 min elliptical machine
24 min stationary bike

40 minutes on the elliptical
5 minutes on the stairs
5 minutes on the bike

Tomorrow I WILL do my weight lifting tape...at least I'll try. I just can't get motivated to lift weights...I know I should, I know why I should but I just don't wanna *pout*

30 minute jog in the morning, 40 minutes in the evening plus free weights. I have a really busy day planned tomorrow, so I don't know if I'm going to get my running in. But, I haven't had a break day in a while so it shouldn't be too bad. :)

I've never posted here, but I think it might help stay on top of my exercises!
I have always exercised sporatically, but finally started again 4 weeks ago. The first two weeks I was walking 3-4x with my Sis usually 2miles. and I was going to the gym on Tues & Thurs to do weights and the ellipitcal. I meant to do some strength training at home over the weekend but of course didn't, so I started going on Sundays too, 2 weeks ago! Yah!

Sunday-15mins Upright Bike- Intervals
-45 mins Machine Weight Training

Monday-2mile walk (in evening)

Tuesday-(didn't actually make to gym but did...)
3s 8r of Plie Squats, Alt Forward Lunge, Side Lunge, Reg Squats
& about 30mins of upper body free weights with 5 & 8lb-ers
& 20mins of ^Treadmill (Continous Incline each minute up then down)

Nothing today though :^: But off to the gym tommorrow eve!

5.5 miles - but ran for an hour - oh so slow (only the five completed in the hour...)

must get to gym tomorrow for weights.

this morning... eliptical 30 mins treadmill 10 mins 100 crunches stick and upper body 20 mins..

Just did a 1hr bodypump class at the gym. (weight training class)

Last night I did a 30min Leslie Sansone walk aerobics tape adding in my own arms the whole time with 4 lb weights.

Thursday:

1 hour circuit training class (legs and backs) . . . whew! I am exhausted!
walked home, 1 mile
