wednesday- 1 mile on treadmill (20 mins) and 5 mins on eliptical
I planned to go for longer, but monday when i worked out i got a blister on my heel bc my socks were too short and my shoe was rubbing it...i just couldn't go on any longer today that blister was driving me nuts!
Wow, I have been out of it this week. I did Monday's workout on Sunday, then I had to have a mole removed on Tuesday so since I couldn't shower and my head hurt (the mole was right on the top of my head!), so I skipped Wednesday's workout. Anyway, I'm back on track now!
Thursday: circuit training class, 1 hour (The class was weird, I'm thinking of quitting and getting a refund. I felt like the instructor didn't know what she was talking about, and it was really slow-paced -- one person even walked out after 10 minutes! I'll give it another shot next week though, maybe she was just nervous on the first day.)
*jumping up and down* YAY FOR ME!!! I exercised today....It felt SO good to be back at it!
Actually I did push mow the lawn on Thursday so that was a bit of exercise since it's been 95 (plus humidity) here in Indiana this week. It is SO hot. Anyway...onward and downward (at least in the pounds department) hopefully *hehe*
