Well, I didn't quite make my Valentine's challenge goal, but I made some good progess (8-pound loss). So, I'm at 173 now and will aim for 166 for Easter.

I just got back from the gym..got a one year membership today YAY =) I can't wait cause they offer classes which will be soo soo much fun!!! Can't wait for the pounds to come off and be ready for that easter day!

Okay, Ive worked up a little workout plan for myself that I really think I can deal with. Ive got something planned everyday and sort of mixing it up some so that I dont get bored! Im going to beat this challenge! And hopefully surpass my goal!

Question

Can I join you guys? I'm having a hard time dealing with myself lately... Every time I get into the 180s it doesn't last...

This morning I was 191# after being 187.5# on Sunday morning

I will be realistic and set a goal of 184 for Easter seeing as I'm not sure what my problem is.... Maybe a smaller goal will help me get my spirits up.

I screwed up today. Feeling lousy. Going to bed now, have a midterm in the morning. Ah, why do I do this when I get stressed...Perhaps I need to raise my calorie allowance for awhile so I dont feel that I can't do it and end up binging.

Days 1 & 2 went well. I allowed myself a little indulgence for V-day (around 1700 cals. total for the day) and I don't have time to eat on Tuesdays so that wasn't a problem! I have decided to go back to weighing in once a week, with that day being Sunday (hopefully that will steer me away from weekend indulgences).

Hello Everyone
I would like to join this challenge.
My name is Felicia and as you can see, I am new. I have been waiting for a new challenge to start. I am trying to lose weight and I really need the support....I don't want to give up and I know I can do this....I just need help.

Right now I am at 255 and I would like to be at 240 by Easter. That is a goal of 15 pounds.

I did well yesterday. Excellent on the water front (over 100oz.) I'm still at the 191# that I swelled to after the weekend, but hope this is temporary.

Today is going well since I feel nauseated and don't want to eat much

Hellooo! Like Naughtyangel, I'm new too. I've been reading through various 3FC boards, and found the 20 somethings today. And I think this is great.

I missed the start date by 3 days, but I would like to join the challenge too, if that's okay.

My goal is weight training 3xs a week & 8lbs by Easter.

This morning I caught a glimmer of hope... I saw 189.5#... I hope the scale monster keeps moving in the good direction, down! I will have good reason to stay OP in AL if I see this # again tomorrow!

I feel great today!!! I did good eatting today and I also did my workout. Which I added some weights in. I think I did pretty good! I hope I can keep this up!

Yeas and hurrahs to all those successful chickies out there! I'm happy to say I'm with you on the on-plan front. Overate last night but nothing too unreasonable, and am back on 100% today. Just finished a 3.25 mile run in 33:44! I've got my first 5k Saturday and want to run it in under 35 minutes - so I'm right on track.
