That's a great idea... I have the DVD though and I'm too clumsy with the controls, I always end up going back too far! LOL

I have the box set of all 3, so when I want more I just do the 2 mile tape... or sometimes I put the 2 mile in and only make 1. LOL

I was gonna get the box set but didn't have the money.So I bought the first DVD with the one mile and the two mile on it.I have tried the 2 mile but I am having a hard time staying coordinated with it.I guess that will come in due time huh?

Yep Lynnie, it will come with time! When I have trouble with the coordination, I just ignore what they're doing and continue to walk.
