I feel like I've been run over - 3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

Ohhhhh my gosh. I feel like crap, I have this horrible stomach flu and it sucks. Has anyone else gotten it. I have been able to work out once all week- not good for weighing on Friday morning. I feel like my body is sabotaging me!!! Just needed to vent, I knew you all would understand.

Well, we can't work out ALL the time.. Especially when we are sick! Just take a rest for now and recover.. There will be plenty of time for working out later on!

Oh I got food poisoning before and it felt like I was going to die. This was about 8 years ago when I was in highschool though. I couldn't go to school because everytime I got up I would vomit. I agree with Shelley. Don't try and work out. Your body needs to get over this. It is already trying to fight it off so using energy for exercising isn't a good idea. Get lots of rest and try and drink water.
