Are you two doing anything specific or healthy lifestyle in general?

The low carb board is fantastic! Those ladies are amazing and thanks to them in part I now have motivation to burn. If you need anything at all just let us know we'll do what we can to help.

Oh and for some good fun you can go to www.virtualmodel.com and make yourself an "after" picture of yourself at your goal weight. It's too funny but helped me as I really couldn't remember my tummy at 145lbs!
