Morning WI = 130.8 (up from yesterday, but not by much, still a downward trend). Calories yesterday were a bit over, for dinner we made burgers on the grill and baked some frozen sweet potato fries, and I admit I had too many fries. But at least they weren't deep fried fast food fries right?? I'm getting ready to go running this morning, then am getting lunch with a friend, and then later tonight DH and I are going out with another friend. I've got to keep myself in check, hopefully tomorrow's weekly WI will keep me motivated.

So DD is sick again. We came home early this week so she can relax and hopefully get well soon. I have missed a run due to caring for her. Hoping to get it in tomorrow. I haven't weighed in yet for this week. Will do that tomorrow . I am a little worried as I didn't eat well these last few days. bleh....

I just did a 50 min 400 calorie burning cardio workout.... And then just binged on croutons. Frack.

Sun - Uh oh, sorry to her your little one is sick. I hope she feels better soon!

Well I didn't get my run in yesterday as it ended up thunderstorming pretty much all day. I did go this morning/early afternoon, and good thing because as I was cooling down and walking back it started to thunder and is storming now.

Not much to report, calories yesterday were unknown, but over (ate out twice in one day, eek!) but this morning's weekly WI was 130.8, so staying the course. I'm really happy with that number actually, looking at my weekly weights I'm seeing myself start to lose again. Thank goodness! Progress!

My goodness, it's already the last day of June! How did that happen??

Well yesterday I was way over my calories and I skipped today's morning WI. I'll be sure to do it tomorrow though, after eating on track today. DS has his swimming lesson today and I've got to get out for my run.

I think I'm going to head over to the feather's daily chat for next month, this thread is like a ghost town! I'll check in now and then though
