Whew....started at the gym on Friday after work, as promised. I also did some muscle toning stuff at home this weekend...

I have my gym stuff with me again for after work today. That will put me at 3 out of the 5 days committed, so far.

Glad to see that everybody is doing so well....

Did you enjoy your graduation ceremony Jess?

How was your workout this morning Tanya?

Diva - you sound pretty hard core! Good for you!

Louhi - How's the 30 minute per day plan going?

Kris

Ahhh I feel like such an oinker!!!! I ate soooo much this weekend. I'm dreading to see whta the scale say's. I didn't exercise at all over the 3 day weekend. I ate Chinese two days in a row, had cake, icecream, and bbq I have to admit it was all very yummy though Everyone keeps telling me that I deserve to pig out because I accomplished something really big but I don't feel that way. If I'm going to lose weight then I need to stay OP even on the holidays.

So today is a new week and I hope to exercise my off!!!

As for the graduation, by the way thanks everyone for the congrats, it was great (Check out the new pic to the left That's me holding up my gifts that my bf gave me. Its hard to see, but it's a bear and a heart necklace with diamonds around it)! The weather was perfect, the ceremony wasn't too long, and I got to see all my friends that I've been with for these past years finally graduate. It was truly a memorable event!!! I'm glad that it's finally over Here's the link to some of the pics http://photos.yahoo.com/bc/mochaa74/...c=ph%26.view=t

Now its back to business; exercising, eating right, and drinking lots of water.

Glad to see everyone doing so well

Got my exercise in on Monday night....Actually my arms are still a bit sore today from the weights! It's a good sore though!

Brought my gym stuff in for my workout tonight after work, so I am all ready to go for exercise day #4!

Jess, every now and again we all go off-plan...especially when we are celebrating. I wouldn't beat yourself up about it....3 days in the span of a year aren't going to make or break your weight loss plan...Sounds like you had a well-earned, enjoyable long weekend! Like your new avatar picture. You sure look happy!

Tanya - I saw "Down With Love" too! I had heard that they had been talking about doing a sequel to "Trainspotting", but I think that Ewan might be too beautiful now! I might have to arm wrestle you for him....After I get a few weeks of weight lifting in!

I had good news at the doctor's office today....I weighed in, and I am officially out of the "obese" zone for my height. Now I am simply "overweight"! LOL I am now at 75#s lost! HOOORAY! Great motivation to keep exercising!

I am really enjoying this exercise challenge! You ladies have been very motivating! Would anybody be interested in participating in another challenge next week?

Hooray!

Kris

Congrats Kris!!!!! Thats a huge accomplishment!! You should be very proud of yourself!!

Jess - I agree with Kris. Graduation only happens once.. and it sounds like you are getting back on plan.. so no big deal! You have to forgive yourself and move on

Thanks everyone for making me feel better about my eating frenzy this past weekend. I guess I shouldn't beat myself up about it but it's soooo hard not too! I weighed myself this morning and I'm up 2.5 pounds from last Friday ! I'm trying really hard this week to make up for the gain.

I did 2 miles yesterday and will hopefully get a little exercise in today but I'm not sure if I'll have time.

Yeahhh Kris for changing categories!!!!

Count me in for next weeks challenge Kris!

Glad to see that everyones exercising their butts off

Jess - There are actually a lot of reasons you could have a 2.5 pound gain. 1) Maybe you increased your salt intake and are retaining water 2) TOM 3) Your body could still be processing the food.

I would wait a few more days.. keep doing what you are doing and then see.

Cool AAAArrrrgggghhhh

So I don't think I will be able to make my exercise goal for the week It was a really simple one too, but I have just been wayyy to busy to exercise. I thought that now that I am out of school I would have a lot more free time but that isn't the case. I have a million errands to run and things to do. I didn't get home until 11 last night. However, I did manage to get 1 mile in yesterday. Today I won't get home till late again so no exercise for me. Tomorrow I have a lot of stuff to do at home since I haven't had time to do anything all week, but I'll try and squeeze in some exercise. Saturday I will be having a garage sale, but hopefully I can exercise after its over It's so frustrating that I really want to lose weight and exercise but I just can't find the time. I was seriously thinking about taking some vacation time just so I can get some exercise in Hopefully next week won't be so hectic and I can accomplish my exercise go

Diva - Thanks for the congrats

Tonya - Maybe your right about the salt. I'll see what the scale say's tomorrow.
