OMG!!!!! I just took my before pics in my bra and underwear. If I had any intentions of backing out of this diet, they are gone!!!!!! I mean GONE!!! I look awful, worse the I thaught. Took my measurments as well and they are horrid. I'll post the measurments but not the pics(atleast not yet).
I have never taken before pictures before, I think that is why I have failed in the past. I had no clue how bad I had gotten. Any time I feel discouaged I am going to look at the before pics and it will reaffirm that I MUST lose this weight.
I'm a firm believer in before and after pictures. While I didn't take pictures at the start, I went onto facebook and have saved pictures to a folder of when I was certain weights which I knew. The difference between my highest weight of 154lbs and my most recent saved picture from September of 134lbs is shocking. A difference of 20lbs on a short frame like mine is pretty significant. I see the before and after pictures as a great motivator for myself to continue on. A friend of mine has taken before shots in her underwear and she keeps them also for motivation. She said that she sees them as a motivator to keep on going and never to look the way she did in them pictures again.
I didn't lose as many pounds as a lot of 3FC members have, but I wouldn't have been caught dead allowing photos of me in undies to exist in my "before" period. I wish I had some - though unflattering pictures I quickly untagged on Facebook are just as bad.
I took before pictures from the front, back, and side, but stupidly deleted them a few months later because a part of me thought I would always be big... 0.o Really wish I had those shots now.
Proud of you for taking those and your measurements, and your gonna LOVEEE seeing your progress, both in photos, and with the measurements.
I was mortified when I took my before pics. I'm planning to take monthly pictures now to document my journey.
Yeah I can not begin to describe the feelings that ran through me when I saw what I have let myself become. And I plan to take monthly pictures as well until I reach my goal.

I figure the horrific images will keep my butt in gear and keep me motivated. I CAN NOT allow myself to remain this way.

Thanks so much. I also took a front, back, and both side pictures for my before pictures. The worst one for me was the back. I literally started crying and asking my family why no one told me it had gotten this bad.

I took my measurements and my "before" pictures in my underwear a couple days ago. Oddly enough I decided that I look damn sexy from behind. I'm sure my "after" pictures will make me think I'm an idiot for saying I looked sexy from any angle right now, but I saw them and was like....nice.
The front and side visual is pretty nauseating though.

I kinda wish I'd taken pictures...I think the only ones that I attempted to take were about at 175 (so when I'd already lost 20 lbs). I suck at taking pictures of myself and didn't have anyone to help, though, so I just let it slide. I REALLY wish I'd taken measurements (I have no excuse for not doing that), but I think that part of me figured "Oh, it's going to be like every other time...you'll lose 10 lbs, get bored, and gain it all back..."
...maybe I should dig up an old picture from facebook and take a new one for comparison. I've been feeling massive lately.
