Default How is this even possible?!

I went on vacation for the weekend with my boyfriend and we hiked nearly 8 miles in 2 days.. add 2 miles for the walk around the strip the night we got there.. I kept track of my calories. I consumed a little more than the norm but only because I was exercising quite a bit.. I am also on my period. Somehow, I gained a pound over the weekend.. WTH?! Has this happened to anyone else?

Water weight from your TOM and swelling from exercise.

When things like this happen keep in mind that it isn't the weight you want to lose... its the fat.

Get a good night's sleep and stay on plan.... you are doing just fine.

Sneaking over from the 40s board...I'd say it's from your TOM. Most women are notorious to hang onto water weight at this time. Don't know why, wish I did. Probaly has to do with hormones. joy....
If you did that well with food & exercise on your vaca, don't worry about it! Bet you'll see a drop next weigh-in. Keep your chin up! Keep doing well! Good luck over the holidays!!

I wonder sometimes too. Everytime I go to Disney World and walk 8-11 miles a day - I end up losing 5 pounds a week. This time I went and did not lose 1 pound and walked like crazy. hang in there! Some weeks are slower than others!
