Default Outta the 240s!

I saw a few threads like this but scrolled through the first 10 pages or so and saw no active one for the 240s. So here were are, anyone else pushing to see 239 on the scale?

I'm 249.4 today. This is my first day starting back on the weight loss train after having my baby. I went for a 27 minute jog/walk, and did a workout video. Going to hopefully start calorie counting tomorrow. I had a binge this morning which I do not want to deal with adding up, but at least it encouraged me to get back here on 3FC for support!

Anyone else? Bump?

Down to 248.8 today. I know in the beginning of a weight lost the weight can come off fast for a few days or a week or two. Feels good though and motivates me to continue.

I'm not in the 240's yet but congratulations! I'm just getting started back myself. I february I lost 10 lbs and then just stopped and somehow I have managed to maintain. I am so ready to get started again though!

Thanks for the support ladies!

Down to 248 today. Still haven't really been calorie counting because I've just been annoyed that we didn't have any food in the house... I am sure I was on track the last few days though as there wasn't much to eat... was just trying not to think about food... haha... Went shopping today and got tons of good veggies and meats so I'm going to start calorie counting as best as I can again tomorrow. I made a yummy cabbage soup tonight; cabbage, onions, celery, carrots, and some ground beef with creole seasoning. So good. Even my husband liked it and he is not a big veggie fan (though I'm sure if I would have left the beef out he wouldn't have touched it!)

Was down to 248 this morning. I hope someone else joins me soon on here! I'll keep updating daily so it gets bumped and maybe someone else will be in.

I took a month off dieting and maintained cause my bf got back from his seasonal job and we partied a lot. I'm finally in the 240s now that I'm back to dieting. I am 249.4 today. I hope to be in the 230s in june and 220s in july. Hopeing anyways. The bf says hes going to get us a threadmill and weight set. I hope so. Newfoundland weather isn't the greatest for walking everyday. One second its sunny next its a blizzard. So then I'd be able to walk every day to burn extra calories and build some muscle.
