Hi. I was looking around online for a weight loss forum.
I am 23 and currently weigh 228 lbs.
I started my new lifestyle around 3 weeks or so and I was at 240.
I was 170 (my lowest weight since elementary school) my senior year of high school in 2007. That is my first big goal. my first small goal is 220.
I have two babies age 4 and 1.
I look forward to chatting with everyone.

Hi, Ash! I'm 24 and this is my second time on 3FC, just came back today. I lost a lot of weight and then gained a bunch during pregnancy, so I need to start taking some off again. Now I have a 6 month old daughter. I also have a 4 year old stepson and 2 year old stepdaughter.

Welcome to the forum, it's very helpful. Are your kids boys or girls? How have you lost the 12lb so far?

Hi! Yeah those pregnancy pounds can totally sneak up on you, right! I know mine totally did.
I have a 4 year old little boy and a one year old daughter.
So far every day my family goes for a walk either in our neighbor hood or at a park with a huge exercising track. I have changed my diet drastically, I cook with tons of veggies and usually I eat fruit for breakfast. No more soda, fast food, saturated fat limited.. I try to push myself. I lost another pound according to the scale today, woot!!
Good luck to you and I hope you enjoy your little baby! They grow way too fast! Mine did..

Hi Ash! Welcome to these boards and goodluck on your journey. Sounds like you are doing very well and are gonna be a great example for your kids. They won't know any better than to live healthy. So many kids nowadays don't get that chance. So you aren't only making yourself healthy, you make sure atleast 2 other people grow up healthy. Which they will probably pass onto their kids!
