Prepare thyself for the TMI ahead...
I #2 in the morning after my coffee. So I don't want to weigh after I've drank 12oz of coffee, that's nearly a pound...even if I did *ahem* offset some of that with the BM. I have a very sensitive stomach in the morning. Besides my one cup of coffee in the morning, I have absolutely no desire to eat or drink anything until lunch time. I SHOULD at least drink something because of dehydration issues, but I figure my 12oz of coffee is good enough for fluids in the morning, lol.
So at around lunch time (between 11am-1pm, whenever I can sneak away from work for an hour), I come home, quickly undress and weigh, and then drink water and eat lunch.
It's kind of silly, but it's consistent, and it's been my routine for about 2 years now, lol.
