Thanks everyone!! I agree I do need to start planning better...
I do always do this EVERY weekend. I end up going on a psyco binge.. mainly because hubby is home and we're eating out or always on the go... (this week /end he is going out of state so it should be okay
) I've also moved my weigh in days because every monday I want to just go cry cause I haven't seen ANY changes.
Jay- Starting tomorrow I'm keeping a weekly calorie count of my food. (and I will do the daily numbers for weight watchers too) so I can see How much food I'm actually eating a week. Because I have never just charted for a week I don't know how much to cut/where it cut it from. So I'm just gonna start tomorrow morning and right EVERY thing. Water, food, diet coke, EVERYTHING and then the following weekend I will look at my food and see what I can change
