1 - 236.8 (weighed at night so expecting a lower number in the morning when I do my normal weigh-ins)

3 - 232.6 (I was not expecting this!, had a big dinner last night and went over my calories...also lots of sodium...anyway, I'm VERY happy to see this number. I just hope it sticks now!)

8 - 231.6 (I know this is due to not tracking over the weekend)
9 - 230.4 (down 4.2lbs for the week!...now if I can just keep going down for my weekly weigh-in next week)
