I'm in, but I need to keep telling myself that only my Friday weight that counts, and not to get upset if I gain every once in a while. It's going to happen and it's okay! As long as the end result is down from the starting weight, I'll be happy!

GW 169.0lbs - gotta get out of the 170's! I can't even imagine it because it's been so long, but it's exciting thinking about it!
Aug 1 179.0 lbs - up 1.5 lbs from yesterday, but I know I didn't eat enough, only 950 calories yesterday.
