3 - 232.6 (I was not expecting this!, had a big dinner last night and went over my calories...also lots of sodium...anyway, I'm VERY happy to see this number. I just hope it sticks now!)

08/02/11: 136.4 (-2 lbs lost..probably water weight from all the bad foods I've been eating for weeks!)

8.3: 173 I cut out sugar and its working.
8.4: 171.5 OMG I'm super excited, I had a month and a half long plateau and I pushed through and now my hard work is paying off.

8/1-234.4-gained 3lbs over vacation!!!!-back to plan
8/2-233- (I believe this to be mostly water weight from vegas trip)
8/3-232.4—1.4lbs till at weight of before vacation (231)
8/4-230.6-1.8 down! Wow! (yay all the vegas trip weight gone and now true losses : ) )
