Love this thread! I only weigh myself on Mondays.. so I was 192.5 as of this past Monday. It was also TOM so I'm hoping and working my *** off to be 189 by Monday. And if that happens, I will have reached my first mini goal!!! I can't wait.
I've typically had a policy where I do not weigh myself on any day other than weigh day. I also try not to weigh or measure myself during TOM because I know it'll be inaccurate and just discourage me. However, I weighed myself on Monday and I was in at 192.5. I just weighed myself today and I was at 190. I'm nearing the end of my tom... so Let's hope I'm down to 189 by Monday! I don't want to get my hopes up just to be discouraged... but I can't help but to be kind of excited!
Hey ladies. I'm still here. I weighed in Wednesday at 191.. I will weigh in for my final weight Sunday.. I hope this is just water weight. I've been sticking to my plan.. I hope I'm down to at least 188 tomorrow..
198.2lbs today....can't wait to get out of the 190s but oh so happy to see a one as the first number in my weight again =] def has got me motivated to work even harder! =]
Alrighty.. throwing my hat in the 190 club ring! Checked my weight today and I was 194.6. Hoping to see that drop to the 180s in the next week or so as I really start on my diet. Congrats to everyone here dipping into the 180s.. and good luck to the guys/gals on their way there!
