    My weigh-in yielded 163.8! I'm almost out of the 160s. Woo-hoo!

    snack: 250

    couple of sour patch kids

    exercise: 26 mins elliptical, was super fatigued for some reason

    Korean Food/Fro Yo...oops, haha.

    15 minutes treadmill, 25 minutes elliptical, slight strength training
  • Well, to make up for last night's slight indiscretion, I'm going to cut back for 2 days.

    Dinner: Sigh...guessing 600.
    Unfortunately I had to eat at someone else's house and could not refuse food out of politeness. At least I stayed at about 1300 for the day total.

  • Holy crap. So I got on the scale today, and it read 158.9?! O.o...So, I weighed again, and it was a more reasonable 160, but I figured my scale might be a little wonky...so I moved it around and re-weighed a few times, but the highest number I still got was 161, so I guess I'm keeping that until next week!
