I hit a record low today!!!!!!!!!

My weigh-in yielded 163.8! I'm almost out of the 160s. Woo-hoo!

Morninstar patty

Lunch: Estimated 500
Pollo-Pollo tropichop w/out the rice

snack: 100
apple

Dinner: 350
Large chicken breast
Green beans
1/4 cup SF vanilla pudding
couple of almonds

1/4 scoop protein powder

100 cal popcorn
half apple

snack: 250
almonds
sf pudding
couple of sour patch kids

exercise: 26 mins elliptical, was super fatigued for some reason

thigh/drumstick chicken
1/2 cup black beans

Dinner: Unsure, but to be safe I'll estimate 1,000 even though I did not eat any rice or starches.
Korean Food/Fro Yo...oops, haha.

15 minutes treadmill, 25 minutes elliptical, slight strength training

Well, to make up for last night's slight indiscretion, I'm going to cut back for 2 days.

Shiritaki Noodles
4 1/4 oz chicken breast
3 tbs grated cheese
broccoli

Dinner: (planned) 300
Chicken breast
Broccoli
sweet potato

snack: 230
almonds
protein shake

Dinner: Sigh...guessing 600.
Unfortunately I had to eat at someone else's house and could not refuse food out of politeness. At least I stayed at about 1300 for the day total.

Holy crap. So I got on the scale today, and it read 158.9?! O.o...So, I weighed again, and it was a more reasonable 160, but I figured my scale might be a little wonky...so I moved it around and re-weighed a few times, but the highest number I still got was 161, so I guess I'm keeping that until next week!

Anywho, without further ado...

Veggie patty omelette

coffee w/ milk

Lunch: 600
Salad w/red beans, chicken thighs, 1 tbsp cheese

Dinner: 300
Salad w/ beans/avocado

Walked 25-30 mins to the store today, then strapped some 10 lb weights to each foot while I moved boxes and packed today. No cardio
