Probiotic yogurt thingy

lunch: 400
Lettuce wrap w/swiss and roast beef
2 small cookies
peanuts
sauteed kale sprinkled w/cheese

midday snack: 300
Apple
peanuts

Dinner: 400
Leftover porkchops
Sauteed kale
