I changed my goal weight to 158 from 153. I always aim to lose 1 lb a week, so I subtracted 25 from my starting weight to get the 158 lbs. I think when I entered 153 lbs I got a bit excited =p. But if I do manage to lose a lb a week I'll definitely reach my goal!

So exciting that the weights that are being entered are so close to the end column! I can't wait to see the results.

Hello all! I'm here for my check-in! It's been a couple of weeks and things have been hectic around here. I am making progress and have finally broken the 155 barrier! YAY!
I WI at 153.4! I haven't been able to exercise like usual due to a cold. I can't wait until that's done so I can get movin' again! Time is flying by and before you know it, we will be in January!

For some strange reason I've lost 3 lbs this week...won't put it in the chart until it's Sunday (routine!) but dayum. That's never happened before!

Yay! Finally lost again after 2 weeks of nothing. (Sick me, sick husband, and worst of all, sick baby. ) But I can now officially say I have less than 100 pounds to lose to reach my overall goal!

I thought I would change my year-end goal to 189, up from 184, but I think I'm going to keep it there. I haven't lost any weight in two weeks, but that may be due to the Halloween weekend and my taste for tasty candy. We'll see.

Hey ladies, I should be able to do the charts today since I've got the time! Well done to all those who are still keeping themselves accountable and reaching their goals little by little. It's amazing looking at that spreadsheet to see how far we've all come. Can't believe that not too long ago I was 183 lbs!!

Rie: It wasn't so long ago that I was 219lbs, its a scary thought! Well done on your weight loss this week, 3lbs is amazing!

Well while 0.8lbs isn't all that much, the fact i've lost this week is a miracle. I've been working 10hr shifts with very little time off recently, so I haven't exercised (apart from the walk to and from work), my snacking on vending machine food has gone through the roof, add to that halloween and my birthday and you have a recipe for disaster! But i'm back on track with a new short term goal! the work xmas party on the 27th Nov. Its a black tie event and I want to impress as my work mates have only ever seen me in my awful, unflattering, badly fitted uniform. So, with that in mind, I used my mums bi-lateral thigh trainer for 20 mins this morning and used her 2lb weights at the same time, cardio and toning all at the same time!! The effect its had on my mums figure is pretty amazing, she's been slim for years but in the past few weeks she's toned up her entire body, just by doing that exercise everyday and watching what she eats. Roll on xmas I say!!

i think my wii must be broken.. or i'm just a fatty,.. nothing appearance wise changed but my scale said I gained 5 pounds in one week. My TOM started today but come on.. this has never happened before. I refuse to believe that I actually ate poorly enough to gain 5 pounds in one week. I worked out last week... the battery is low on the wii but that is no excuse... back to tuna and broccoli as the main parts of my meals... I need to run out and buy some more broccoli since I think I ran out. It really is my fault but I never thought I'd ever jump that much on the scale.

lilies: When batteries are weak, that can happen. Or it could just be water weight too.. Keep up the great work!!

I WI at 151.4 today!! this is the lowest I've been in 3 years!!!! It actually makes 145 by the end of the year seem doable!! YAY!!

one more day to getting the weight down before weight in... I'm at 153 so I've lost most of the water weight. I still have a pound to go to feel content for the week. Drinking so much water really does help!

Yes! I did it! Thank you for the encouragement... I like I'm back on track... 5 pounds is a lot to lose in one week but it's also a lot to gain! Yay!!!! I'm really just hoping to be under 145 by the end of the year now...

does anyone else feel like mysteriously because its near all these holidays it 10 times harder to stay on plan? i was doing so good. and now i dont think im going to make goal. i favent been able to say no very well for the last like 6-7 weeks im going crazy losing the same 3lbs over and over again! Someone help. Im on plan this week back at 217 and probly will be back at 215 on monday. i think i need some words f wisdom.

I think holidays like thanksgiving and christmas make me work harder because I have so many things to attend with people taking pictures. Photos are really what motivates me to eat better.

I stayed the same this week after eating way too much last weekend. It was a fun weekend and I enjoyed every second of it...but now I must meet the consequences.
