I crossed into ONDERLAND today! Officially, weighed in at 198. So far, I have been averaging 1 lb/week, which means that I may not make my End of the Year Goal. But, so what, who cares. I'm in ONDERLAND for the first time in my adult life and I am still losing weight. At this rate, I will be in the 180s by the end of the year and that is nothing to sniff at.
Congrats princessgina00!!! Onederland is an amazing feeling and I can't wait to be there myself! You have an amazing attitude about your weight loss and wish you lots of luck on your journey!
Congrats, Princessgina and you're absolutely right: slow and steady wins the race. I'm losing at approximately the same rate (1 lb per week) and realize that this might not be fast enough for me, what counts is that I'm (we're!) moving in the right direction.

And seeing as though Halloween is around the corner, it also means NOVEMBER is at our door step waiting to come on in! Isn't it crazy how much the time has flown by?!
I finally made it into the 160s this morning, after stalling at 170 lbs for THREE WEEKS! I feel amazing, and I'm ready to get back into exercising and drinking lots of water. And watching what I put into my mouth too ;p.
I weighed in at 183.8 today, so 4lbs lost!!! I can also contort myself into ever more inventive shapes in order to shave my legs and paint my toenails! I have also discovered 1 or 2 ribs when I stretch :-)
Hi all! Just checking in. It's been a few weeks. I've stayed the same, which is good since I haven't gained. I will be joining another challenge shortly and will hopefully lose a few pounds soon.
