Default Close to goal, now way far

Before my sister's baclorette party, I weighed about 151! I was so proud of myself. After though, and even a couple of days after the fact, I was back up to 155. I am even more sad b/c I tried to go running today and sprained my ankle in the first four minutes!

Need some motivation, inspiration, something to help me make the right decisions today.

Try not to get too discouraged! If you were only off plan for 3 or so days, that's not going to harm you in the long run. The great news is that you realized you were off plan and getting back to it! I'm sure the great weight increase is due to high sodium levels and your body retaining water.

I once got off plan for about 10 days and it took me a week to get it off. I had gained like 5lbs! Since you didn't take as long as me to get back on, I'm sure you'll be back where you were in no time!

Also, you can always exercise your arms and abs while your ankle is healing. You can still lose weight without the cardio. Building muscle will help burn more calories.

Keep your head up! You can do this!
