Here we go again- I was 164 at the end of April (0 lost for the month- went on 9 day vacation to all inclusive resort, so I'm happy there was no gain) and then my nieces birthday party was April 30 so when I weighed in May 1 I was up to 165! I got down to 162 before I went on my vacation, so this month I'm hoping to get to 161! We are going on a family vacation to Hilton Head island the last wk of June- so hoping to be 158 by then.

I left to chicago weighing like 151----slip ups happen. I guess I need to be thankfully that I didn't gain like ten pounds over the weekend. LOL---her wedding in this next weekend. Here's my workout schedule this week: Today : Long bike ride with hubby. <3 ---- 40 minute swim Tomorrow: 5k race ---yay! Sunday: rest Monday: Early morning run---wake up at 5:30, run for one hour, 7:00-7:30 get ready go to work. <3 Tuesday: 6:00am Birkham Yoga wednesday: 6 mile run thursday: 6 mile run Wish me luck----gotta burn off the wedding cake. lol |
Good luck with the wedding librarygirl! I was maid of honor in a wedding last weekend, it's tough to stay on plan. My $0.02 from last weekend is to let yourself indulge a bit at the reception, but try to stay on your plan at the rehearsal dinner and other wedding weekend events (because goodness, a wedding is no longer a one-day thing!). Have a great time!
