I am so excited for this Weigh-In Challenge for May!!! Here we go!
Start Weight=162 Goal Weight=155 May 1 - 162 May 2 - 161.8 May 3 - 161.6 May 4 - 160.4 May 5 - 160.6 May 6 - 160.4 (OMG! I could hardly believe it! I thought Cinco De Mayo would be the death of me!) May 7 - 160.4 Week One= -2.6lbs YAY May 8 - 160.4 May 9 - 159.8 YAY May 10 - 159.4 May 11 - 158.8 YAY May 12 - 158 (YAY! OMG! This is so exciting!) May 13 - 157.8 (TOM) May 14 - 157.4 (TOM) Week Two= -3lbs YAY!!!! May 15 - 157.4 (TOM)- Diet, exercise, and a new lifestyle really works! I can't believe it 5.5lbs in two weeks!!!! May 16 - 157.8 (TOM) May 17 - 157.0 (TOM) May 31 - 159.6-Even though i didn't hit my goal, I am very excited that I lost 3.4pounds this month. I looking forward to getting back on track in June!!! |
I need to incorporate more exercise into my regimen now that I'm about 3 weeks in. Might speed up the loss more, which would be nice. :)

12/04 - 175 02/05 - 171.5 3 weeks lost 3.5lbs YAY glad to have a bit of a loss, hope this will continue into may and ill get under 170. |
