Keep with it! Have you tried adjusting your food intake or exercise?

I upped my exercise during April, didn't get my period(no chance of pregnancy) and then this stall started. So, I know I either need to drop the exercise back down or eat more but both are kind of scary to me at the moment. The increased exercise is helping with the school stress I've got going on but eating more is hard to do. I'm so terrified of gaining anything back.

Here we go again- I was 164 at the end of April (0 lost for the month- went on 9 day vacation to all inclusive resort, so I'm happy there was no gain) and then my nieces birthday party was April 30 so when I weighed in May 1 I was up to 165! :( I got down to 162 before I went on my vacation, so this month I'm hoping to get to 161! We are going on a family vacation to Hilton Head island the last wk of June- so hoping to be 158 by then.
