LOL---it's funny when you lose four pounds in one day, isn't it? That happened to me too, all of a sudden, my body dropped like 3 pounds in the course of a day or so. Just keep eating like your eating, and it'll prolly stay off.

4/04: 153.2 - I was hiking all day Saturday. My muscles are unbelievably stiff and sore. I'm sure this is water retention.
4/05: 155.6 - Gah! I KNOW it's just water retention but this pisses me off and is making me anxious. I know I ate more than maintenance on saturday but not that much. I may not weigh for a day or two so I don't drive myself crazy.

I am so excited for everyone. I have stayed under 1500 calories everyday since monday and have worked out everyday except yesterday. They calories counting has helped tons!! even with not working out yesterday I still lost a pound.
