Well you're 5'7 so you're taller than me but I'm aiming to be halfway or less through my healthy weight range so around 110-112 Ibs. But if I don't like the way my body looks or I feel too fat then I will lose a bit more.
Weight is just one factor, I'm interested more in muscles and being fit, obviously I dream of having a 26 inch waist and wearing little dresses for vanity reasons, but I want to be able to eat healthily and normally and I want to have a lot of energy because now I've started running, I never want to give it up. I finally get why people want to do it everyday!
You need to look at your body and decide are you happy with it? I have creases around my waist area and my thighs rub together when I walk (I've worn out leggings doing this!) I'm the same weight as you (137 Ibs) but obviously you are taller. You're doing this for health and happiness and you've already lost a lot so you need to decide where you're comfortable.
And as for the Plateau, you'll break through it eventually if you persevere, there are lots of threads from people who are going through it too, and I'm expecting to hit it soon.
