I KNOW it's just water retention but this pisses me off and is making me anxious. I know I ate more than maintenance on saturday but not that much. I have been really doing well with the low-carbs. I'm surprised, actually... but it seems to be paying off and everyday I crave bread a little less. Goals: Lose 60 lbs by September (For my children's first Disney World Trip) Lose 130 lbs over all (150 lbs Weight Goal; then we'll take it from there. Maybe hit 130's again!) |

Very worth the beer, cookies and ice cream I hate.
