Very worth the beer, cookies and ice cream I hate. Good day, good food, but back on track Sunday for sure!) 4/4: 160 lbs (I overate yesterday, but is this possible?) 4/5: 155.6 4/6: 154.4 <----official weigh in day 4/7: 154.8 <---(went out to eat last night b/c I got a huge tax return!!) 4/8: 153.6 4/9: 155.2 (ate a lot of candy last night--feel kind of grosss--- ) 4/10: 152 4/11: 153.4 |

I KNOW it's just water retention but this pisses me off and is making me anxious. I know I ate more than maintenance on saturday but not that much. 04.02- 123.6 <so happy> 04.03- 123.2 !!! 04.04- 123.0 04.05- 122.2(ohhhh yeeeeeeeeeahhhh) NSV yesterday..bought a size ZERO at american eagle ! 04.06- 122.2 04.07- 121.2!!! yayyyyy 04.08- x 04.09- 121.6 04.10- 121.4 04.11- 120.2!!! pleeeeeaseee stickk 04.12- 119.8 04.13- 120.0 04.14- 118.4- yay. Ill set my goal to lose two pounds this month.. hopefully i can do that haha. so 121.8. if i hit that, i'll go for 120! Well i hit my monthly goal, lol. i'm not sure if i have lost water weight my body was holding on to or what, but i am NOT going to complain ;) |
