Goal Weight: 150lb 4/1: 154.8 lbs 4/2: 154.6 4/3: 155.6 <------(hehe, had a major cheat day b/c I finished my first 5k of the season in 30 minutes! My new racing pace is a ten mile minute---woohoo! Very worth the beer, cookies and ice cream I hate. Good day, good food, but back on track Sunday for sure!) 4/4: 160 lbs (I overate yesterday, but is this possible?) 4/5: 155.6 4/6: 154.4 <----official weigh in day4/7: 154.8 <---(went out to eat last night b/c I got a huge tax return!!) 4/8: 153.6 4/9: 155.2 (ate a lot of candy last night--feel kind of grosss--- ) 4/10: 152 4/11: 153.4 4/12: 151.5 <----gasp! |

Tried really hard but had no control over the food. |
So since I'm coming into this late and I did my first official weigh in on 4/1 I'll just skip to yesterday and do everyday from there.

actually, i havent been excercising for the past 2 weeks, giving myself a break but staying within calorie range, and eating some junk here and there... i also drink slimquick... lol

Gw: 145.0 4/01: 152.2 4/02: 151.4 4/03: 151.8 4/04: 153.2 - I was hiking all day Saturday. My muscles are unbelievably stiff and sore. I'm sure this is water retention. 4/05: 155.6 - Gah! I KNOW it's just water retention but this pisses me off and is making me anxious. I know I ate more than maintenance on saturday but not that much.
